… and other practical advice for training this winter. A lot happened in the past few weeks: we try to make sense of it all, and talk about our favorite topic: mindfulness. However, this time, we do so with the theme being evolution; from your training, to your mind, and the way you live your life.
Many complain about the limitations of their physical location as it relates to training, from weather and traffic to lack of opportunity, but what advantages are you missing in dismissing your current locale? There’s some deeper questions that may come to light when you ponder this, and hell, maybe this is a good analogy for life too! We explore this idea more, check it out.
