#121: Minimalist Training and Weight Loss Advice (and also, we go DEEP)

Sharing personal experiences is a powerful way to communicate: it’s never something we’ve shied away from on this show. In today’s episode, we hit this idea from a different light, using Jack Kornfield’s book “A Path with Heart” as a reference point. That serves as the deep-thinking counterbalance to the sensible strength training and weight loss advice we get into later in the show (which is light and “practical”).
